We produce a wide variety of apples throughout the season. We have apples great for eating, cooking and sauces.
The apples are available, prepicked, in the cooler in the gift shop. See below for a list of the apples we offer along with their seasons. We offer Haralson apples U-pick weekends starting September 22nd.
Zestar! (1998)
Late Aug.- Early Sept.
Large, crunchy, juicy fruit with an outstanding sprightly sweet-tart flavor. A crisp, high-quality, early apple that's good for fresh eating and baking. Stores in refrigerator up to 2 months.
Sweet 16 (1977)
Mid-late Sept.
Crisp and juicy. Exotic cream-colored flesh and a sweet, unusual cherry candy-like flavor.
Honeycrisp (1991)
Late Sept.
Minnesota State Fruit! The standard for explosive crispness and juiciness. Large, dappled red fruit with a well-balanced flavor. Flesh is slow to brown. Excellent storage life, up to 7 months in refrigerator. Available now!
Haralson (1922)
Late Sept.- Early Oct.
Good for fresh eating and baking. Firm texture with a complex tart flavor. A great pie apple.
SnowSweet (2006)
Early Oct.
Savory, almost buttery flavor! Sweet with a slight tart balance and rich overtones. Firm, snow white flesh that is extremely slow to brown. Exceptional for snacks and salads. Only a small amount available. Samples available.

Red-striped, well-balanced flavor for fresh eating and baking.

Very large fruit with sweet, mild flavor and fine-grained flesh.
Keepsake (1978)

Very hard and crisp with cream-colored flesh and an exotic, sweet, tropical flavor. Excellent storage life.
